Screen Printed Coroplast Signs

Screen printed coroplast signs are usually used as post signs. Thin metal wire is used to make two holes in the sign, and wrap around a traffic pole, electrical wire pole or a lamp-post. Alternatively, two holes are made and zip ties are used to secure the sign to the post. Post signs are usually smaller than bag signs, or lawn coroplast signs, however they are much more cost-effective, since they only need one side printed, and don’t require frames. They can also be placed at eye-level, making them more noticeable, and in spots where there is concrete and a lawn sign can’t be inserted. They are also great to use during the Canadian winter – as the ground becomes as tough as concrete, with snow covering lawns, a pole coroplast sign can still be placed up to advertise your business in time for the Holiday rush!

Screen printed coroplast signs are also used as lawn signs, with double-sided print and H-frames. Coroplast signs are more durable, and if you plan to re-use the signs, they are the way to go! Many of our customers place lawn signs on their customers’ lawns (with their permission of course) after completing a residential type of job – HVAC, landscaping, construction or electrical type of work. They are also used for political elections, or for any situation when you want a large quantity of signs to advertise your business or cause.

Sign design should be solid blocks of color. We can’t have gradients – if you need gradients, it can’t be done using screen print. . If you need full colour print, please consider full colour digital print on coroplast signs. The design has to be the same for both sides – if you need two separate designs on each side, or if you need arrow signs which point in the same direction on both sides, there is a $100 second screen fee – you may mention it in the comment, or contact us to make a custom order with any options you need. We also offer non-standard custom colours mixed to match whatever you need, usually for an extra $120 fee.
