Q: I just purchased magnets from your store and one magnet fell off when I was driving. Does this happen often? It was still new should it have just fall of like that?

A: There could be a few reasons for flying away magnets:

The first one is a dirty vehicle body surface. You need to clean it before applying the magnets.

The second reason could be magnet corners are not pressed firmly to the metal and air could go between the magnet and the vehicle body. Also some dents or not even surface could be that reason.

The third reason could be the metal quality of some specific vehicle models. It’s not 100% steel for the most of vehicles nowadays. Some of them are aluminum or even plastic which makes magnet usage impossible. But still people can use magnets on the most of models safely. We print a lot of magnets and our clients rarely lose their magnets because of poor magnet-metal connection.
