Besides H-wires (Step Stakes) for coroplast are thinner than U-wires for bag signs and H-wires bend easily under the strong wind. You can see coroplast lawn signs lying on the grass when strong wind happens. Usually it doesn't happen with lawn bag signs if you push a wire frame 4-7" deep into the ground (7" is max depth for 30"x 10" Step Stakes).

No. We can produce larger signs using coroplast material only. We offer printing on coroplast sheets up to 96"x48", with thickness options of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm. Our full-color digital printing process requires no setup fees, and you can order as few as one sign. Please refer to our price list for all available sizes.

For larger coroplast signs, we recommend using wooden stakes, which can be purchased at most Home Depot stores for $1-$2 each.

You may order a minimum of 1 coroplast sign. The price is $55 per sign for a 1-piece, 18" x 24" white coroplast sign with full-color printing on both sides. An H-frame is an additional $2.00
