If you mean PORSCHE logo letters on this 356 Speedster 1957 Porsche car, they are metal letters but not vinyl. We can cutout these letters out of adhesive vinyl (silver, white or reflective vinyl) but we can’t make them 3D characters. Vinyl is a flat adhesive film. If you want me to copy the letters, I need to know the exact letter dimensions (H” x W”). Generally our MIN charge is $50 for custom cutout letters of such a small size.

Comparing lawn bag signs and lawn coroplast signs, bag signs are slightly bigger - 24"x 20" instead of 24"x 18". Bag signs are less expensive than coroplast signs with print on both sides. Besides H-wires (Step Stakes) for coroplast are thinner than U-wires for bag signs and H-wires bend easily under the strong wind. You can see coroplast lawn signs lying on the grass when strong wind happens. Usually it doesn't happen with lawn bag signs if you push a wire frame 4-7" deep into the ground (7" is max depth for 30"x 10" Step Stakes).

CMYK is required for all print jobs. Anything else may result in significant colour shift when other modes are converted to CMYK. For screen printing, colours should always be flat colours and not shaded.

The design you sent me is full colour image. We can't print full colour images (4/0) on bags. We use screen print process on bags printing each solid colour (without any gradient) separately. If you require 4 colour print on bags, for example, we'll print them 4 times using one colour a time. That's why it becomes rather expensive to print 4 colours on bags especially when the quantity is less than 100 pcs.
